When it came time to upgrade 16 of the famed ABC TV production studios on the Los Feliz lot from 2-channel to multi-channel surround sound for HDTV, ABC called on PMI to design, outfit, and tune the rooms.

Careful analysis of the use cases, placement of the speakers and acoustical treatments, and meticulous conformance to industry standards for calibration yielded rooms that generate modern sound content for the majority of the daytime shows - in surround sound!
