When a restaurant is too noisy for the servers to hear the patrons' orders, it's time for a solution. Grillades Restaurant, in the heart of San Francisco's Hayes Valley, called upon PMI for some ideas.
A network of acoustical absorbers - cleverly concealed as artwork that matched the eclectic Mediterranean décor — was deployed throughout the dining room. Patrons can now hear each other, errors in the orders are gone, and music can set the ambience with great clarity.
